No Joy in Mudville....

Was out of town last weekend and didn't weigh in. I guess all the restaurant food of last weekend caught up with me, because I weighed in today and had gained 8/10 of a pound.

Oh well, I'm not going to give up on achieving my goal weight. I've come too far to get discouraged and give up now.
